In support of the local public administration authorities, ANCOM provides an indicative template for the document Regulation on approving the conditions under which electronic communications network providers have access to public (or private) property of administrative-territorial units, in order to build, install, maintain, replace or move electronic communications networks or associated facilities.

Further to the investigation carried out in cooperation by several state institutions with attributions in the field, ANCOM has been mandated to communicate the following:
ANCOM is mandated to communicate the following: A network of cloned websites was identified, that imitate the exact appearance of the official websites
ANCOM has launched for public consultation the draft decision for establishing the conditions and the procedure for assessing the degree of compliance with the minimum quality requirements
Following the mandate received from the Prime Minister of Romania, ANCOM will actively analyse and promote reviewing the current international regulations regarding EPFD
