The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) has published for public consultation two draft decisions on the regulation of certain aspects in the field of numbering resources and in the field of number portability.

This review of the secondary regulation regarding the administration and management of numbering resources and number portability is necessary considering the legal framework set by the adoption of Law no. 198/2022 for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts in the field of electronic communications and for the establishment of measures to facilitate the development of electronic communications networks.

The interested parties are invited to submit their comments and proposals until 16.01.2023, to the ANCOM headquarters (2 Delea Noua Street, sector 3, Bucharest), through the Online Registry  or through the Authority's regional divisions.
