On September 9, 2004, ANRC issued 10 individual decisions for the designation of universal service providers in the electronic communications sector, which will grant subsidies and facilities to low-income families. The decisions have been communicated to the following providers of publicly available telephone services:

On September 20, ANRC issued 4 new individual decisions for the designation of universal service providers that will grant subsidies and facilities to low income families. These decisions envisage the following providers of publicly available telephone services, who, after September 6, 2004, submitted notifications on their activity of providing services of access to the public telephone network, at a fixed location:
