The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) has launched for public consultation a draft decision for the approval of the forms and instructions regarding the collection of the Authority’s accounts receivable, as well as of the standard identification badge of an ANCOM enforcement officer.
According to the normative framework in force, the amounts owed to ANCOM (accounts receivable) are collected by means of the Authority’s own enforcement officers from specialized units.
ANCOM’s receivables are own revenues in the Authority's budget, which is part of the consolidated general budget.
The last update of the necessary forms and of their usage instructions, as well as the standard identification badge of an ANCOM enforcement officer was carried out in 2010, through the ANCOM President’s Decision no. 199/2010. The draft decision currently under public consultation brings changes to the above-mentioned forms, in line with the provisions of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code.
