The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications of Romania (ANCOM) has launched a public consultation on a draft Government decision that extends the term for building a radiocommunications pillar on a part of a real estate plot transferred, to be administrated, from the Special Telecommunications Service (STS) to ANCOM and clarifies the construction works to be carried out. The project will be initiated by the Ministry of Public Finance.

The 400 sqm real estate plot is located in Merei, county of Buzau, and is to be used for the construction of a radiocommunications pillar and of the associated facilities. The real estate plot was transferred from the STS patrimony to that of ANCOM last year, by the Government Decision no. 518/2016.

The Draft Decision for amending and completing the Government Decision no. 518/2016 regarding the transfer of part of a real estate plot that is state public property, from the administration of the Special Telecommunications Service, to the administration of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications is available, in Romanian, here. The interested persons are invited to send their suggestions and comments to ANCOM, by 25.09.2017, at the Authority’s headquarters in 2 Delea Noua Street, Bucharest 3, directly to the ANCOM Registry Office or by means of the ANCOM Regional Divisions.
