Upon the request of industry representatives, the consultation on The documents regarding the selection procedure for awarding frequency usage rights for services intended for the general public, excepting the Government Decision on setting the amount of the minimum licence fee for awarding frequency usage rights, as well as the licence fee payment conditions, has been extended until 13 August 2021.

Thus, the Draft Decision on the selection procedure for awarding certain frequency usage rights and the Terms of Reference for organising the competitive selection procedure for awarding frequency usage rights in the 800 MHz, 2600 MHz and 3400 - 3600 MHz bands are available, in Romanian, here. The interested persons are invited to send their views and comments, not later than 13 August 2021, to the ANCOM headquarters (2 Delea Noua Street, Bucharest 3) using the online Registry, or through the Authority’s Regional Divisions. Comments may also be sent by fax to +40 372 845 402, or by e-mail to consultare@ancom.org.ro.

The deadline for receiving comments in the consultation on the draft Government Decision on setting the amount of the minimum licence fee for awarding frequency usage rights, as well as the licence fee payment conditions has not been modified, i.e. comments may be sent not later than 30.07.2021.
