The public consultation for the questionnaire on the appropriateness of granting frequency usage rights for the provision of public MFCN networks and wireless broadband electronic communications services in the EU-harmonised frequency bands 24.25 – 27.5 GHz (26 GHz band) and 40.5 – 43.5 GHz (42 GHz band), as well as for the provision of public FWA networks and wireless broadband electronic communications services in the frequency band 27.5 – 29.5 GHz (28 GHz band), in Romania, in the period 2026-2031, will be extended until March, 30, 2026, following the request of interested parties.

Interested parties are invited to formulate and submit their responses by 30.03.2026, to ANCOM’s headquarters (2 Delea Noua Street, Sector 3, Bucharest), via the Online Registry or through the Authority’s regional divisions.
