The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) has published on its website the annual report on the compliance with conduct rules by its contractual staff for the year 2023. The report can be accessed here.
The report is prepared in accordance with Order no. 1466/2022 establishing the format of the Annual Report on compliance with conduct rules for contractual personnel within the own structure of public institutions and authorities, as well as institutions under their subordination, coordination, or authority, as well as the information that must be included in such reports, published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 757/2022.
