Description

On September 27, 2005, S.C. Opticnet-Serv S.R.L. filed a complaint with the National Regulatory Authority for Communications, against S.C. Romtelecom S.A. thereby requiring that the respondent be obliged to provide, at cost-oriented tariffs and according to the priority order of the required co-location manner, the service co-locating both the indoor equipments and the outdoor radio equipments for the “backhaul” service in view of providing unbundled access to the local loop in Boldesti-Scaieni, county of Prahova. The petition was registered with ANRC under no. 24969/27.09.2005.

For the settlement of this dispute, the plaintiff chose the mediation procedure.
